LED ZEPPELIN LIVE IN LONDON SWEEPSTAKES OFFICIAL RULES


NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. “Led Zeppelin Live In London” Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) and these official rules are governed, construed and interpreted under the laws of the United States. Valid only to legal residents of the 50 United States (excluding Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands and Guam) who are eighteen (18) years of age and older at time of entry. All federal, state, local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited, taxed, licensed or restricted by law.

PROMOTION PERIOD. This Sweepstakes begins at 12:01am (EST) on 11/13/07 and ends at 11:59pm (PST) on 11/18/07, (“Sweepstakes Period”). This sweepstakes is sponsored and administered by Rhino Entertainment Company, d/b/a Rhino Entertainment Company (“Rhino”) in conjunction with WEA Distribution (“WEA”) and Rhino.com. Participants agree to be bound by these official rules and the final decision of Rhino.

ENTER ON-LINE. Enter on-line by accessing the Rhino page on the World Wide Web at www.themothershipiscoming.com/cdcontest , during the Sweepstakes Period. Click on the designated icon to go to “Led Zeppelin Live In London.” Follow the on-screen instructions and enter your contact information. You will be prompted to input, in the spaces provided, your first name, middle initial, last name, street address (no P. O. Box number accepted), city, state, zip code, e-mail address, date of birth and telephone number. Then, click the designated icon to forward your entry.

ALL ON-LINE ENTRIES MUST BE RECEIVED NO LATER THAN 11:59 PM SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 18, 2007.

DRAWINGS. Winners will be randomly selected from all entries received. The random draw will be held on or about Monday, November 19th at noon (EST). Odds of being randomly selected are determined by the number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Only one (1) entry per person. All entries and their content become property of Rhino and will not be acknowledged or returned. All entries submitted will be used for the purpose of selecting a winner as described in these Official Rules.

Rhino will award one (1) Grand Prize and ten (10) Runner-Up Prizes. If a prospective prizewinner is found ineligible or fails to comply with the official rules, his/her claim to a prize is forfeited and an alternate winner will be randomly selected.

PRIZE.

Grand Prize: One (1) Grand Prize, ten (10) Runner-Up Prizes. Grand Prizewinner will receive two (2) tickets to see Led Zeppelin perform at the Ahmet Ertegun Tribute, Nov. 26th at the O2 Arena in London, England (Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $500), two (2) coach class roundtrip airfares for two people from New York or Los Angeles to London (ARV: $3,000), one (1) hotel room in London, England for two (2) nights, on or around 11/26/07 (ARV: $1,000), two (2) copies of the Led Zeppelin Mothership CD (ARV: $49.96), two (2) CD copies of the Led Zeppelin Soundtrack to The Song Remans The Same (ARV: $49.96), and Three Hundred U.S. Dollars ($300.00) spending money. Total ARV of Grand Prize: 4,899.92). Prize value may vary depending upon departure date and time of travel. Changes to trip itinerary may not be made once the trip is booked. All travel is subject to availability. Rhino is not liable for any expenses incurred as a consequence of a flight cancellation or flight delay. Schedules are subject to change without notice. Runner Up Prize: Ten (10) runner-ups will receive one (1) CD of each of the Led Zeppelin CDs Mothership and The Song Remains The Same (ARV: $49.96). Total ARV of all prizes combined: $5,399.52). WINNERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL TAXES, FEES, SURCHARGES, PASSPORTS, GROUND TRANSPORTATION, MEALS, GRATUITIES, PERSONAL EXPENSES, INCIDENTALS AND OTHER EXPENSES NOT EXPRESSLY LISTED ABOVE.

The prizewinners will be notified by email on or around 11/19/07. All prizewinners will be required to execute an Affidavit of Eligibility and Publicity/Liability Release, where lawful, which must be returned within fourteen (14) days of prize notification or another winner will be selected. The travel companion of the prizewinner of the Grand Prize must also sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Publicity/Liability Release prior to the issuance of travel documents.

A disqualification will result and an alternate winner will be randomly selected if a prize notification is refused. There is no substitution for any prize or portion thereof, except due to unavailability, in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be awarded at the discretion of Rhino. The prize is not transferable, assignable or redeemable for cash. The prizewinner will be fully responsible for any and all federal, state and local taxes.

Rhino, its Internet, product and service providers and their respective parent companies, trustees, subsidiaries, franchisees, affiliates, licensees, directors, officers, employees, agents, independent contractors and advertising and promotion agencies make no warranties, express or implied.

Employees and their immediate families of Rhino, its Internet, product and service providers, and their respective parent companies, trustees, subsidiaries, franchisees, affiliates, licensees, directors, officers, employees, agents, independent contractors and advertising and promotion agencies are not eligible to enter this Sweepstakes.

A PRIVACY STATEMENT. Your personal information, in conjunction with this Sweepstakes, will be utilized by Rhino for the sole purpose of selecting a prizewinner and will be kept only as long as required by law. Unless otherwise authorized by you, your information will not be sold, rented or given to any other third party. Notwithstanding the privacy statement and policy, if selected as the prize winner, prize winner agrees, except where prohibited, to grant Rhino and its parent companies, subsidiaries, franchisees, affiliates, licensees and agents to use his/her name, entry contents, visual and audio likeness, biographical data and statements for any purpose, including but not limited to any commercial or publicity purpose, in perpetuity and throughout the universe, in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, without further notice or additional compensation or consideration.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY. By entering, participants, their agents, assigns and successors release Rhino, its Internet, product and service providers, and their respective parent companies, trustees, subsidiaries, franchisees, affiliates, licensees, directors, officers, employees, agents, independent contractors and advertising and promotion agencies from any and all liability for any costs or expenses resulting from entry in the Sweepstakes or any Sweepstakes-related activity and from any and all liability for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused by any prize or resulting from acceptance, possession, quality, use or misuse of any prize, or any portion of the prize, or parts thereof and for any claims based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy and merchandise delivery.

Rhino, its Internet, product and service providers, and their respective parent companies, trustees, subsidiaries, franchisees, affiliates, licensees, directors, officers, employees, agents, independent contractors and advertising and promotion agencies are not responsible for any kind of computer transmission, electronic, hardware, internet, software, network, technical or telephone failures and any damaged, delayed, garbled, illegible, incomplete, late, lost, misaddressed, misdirected, stolen e-mail. In addition, Rhino is not responsible if the Sweepstakes cannot take place or if any prize cannot be awarded due to travel cancellations, delays or interruptions due to acts of God, acts of war, natural disasters, weather or acts of terrorism. In the event of a dispute over the identity of an entrant, entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail account. The “authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational, institution, etc.) responsible for assigning email addresses or the domain associated with the submitted email address.

Participant agrees that by entering this Sweepstakes, Rhino may seek damages from participant if participant deliberately damages the Rhino.com website or any other website in conjunction with participant's partaking in this Sweepstakes or if participant interferes with the legitimate operation of this Sweepstakes, in violation of civil or criminal law.

If, in Rhino's exclusive judgment, this Sweepstakes becomes compromised in any way, Rhino reserves the right to withdraw the Sweepstakes offer, cancel any method of entry and/or select the prize winners from all entries received prior to the withdrawal.

DISPUTES. THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES AND THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA, WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. As a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, participant agrees that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Los Angeles County, California, having jurisdiction. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances will participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental or consequential damages, including reasonable attorneys' fees, other than participant's actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e., costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes), and participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
